I picked up that combo, Medieval Engineers is pretty awesome, it is now much closer to Space Engineers than it was before. 

It crashed on me after about 20 minutes. I'll try again tomorrow.

Is this going to be a better server or the verygames server? 

I'll reactivate your forum account.  Then you should get in Discord (we no longer use mumble or ts) and ask for an invite to the guild(s) when you are online.  Discord info is in TRADOC where it usually is.  

Turns out it's 350% not 250%, they made a math error and don't plan to fix it. 

I got the $35 version so I'll play it.  

Ho-Lee-Shit

Rala and Payton have built a pretty huge hard to raid base, It just needs people to man it and farm more supplies for it.  We're pretty close to civilization so there is a lot of occasionally hostile foot traffic.  All you have to do is log in when one of us is online and we can make you a sleeping bag which you can spawn in right at the base.  

I think we should give Rust a try as an ops night game.  This is why:

• The server we've been on has a large population and almost everyone is a dick, thus they are all targets.  I feel this would be good for those of you who like to indiscriminately kill other players in this sort of game. 
• The more of us, the more raiding we can do of the other big bases.  There are currently at least two large groups, one of which ran us out of our previous base and who need some serious comeuppance.  The second large group is going to mess with us eventually and will need some preemptive comeuppance sooner rather than later.  The latter group is apparently just 4 guys, who apparently never sleep.  Or work.  
• The server wipes in various ways throughout the month so eventually things get reset, but not all at once.  This adds variability to gameplay and prevents certain large groups from being overpowered.  

I'll still be at work on Thursdays but I can make Sunday as usual.  

I'm pulling the body off my beetle today, grilling at some point as well.  

The Do Over - Adam Sandlers best movie in years, because he isn't the main character, David Spade is.  It is actually quite touching, while still maintaining the toilet humor Sandler's movies are known for.  

He was feigning ignorance of the "respect offline protection" rule that pops up every 5 minutes in red.  I won't get into the gist of it but he was clearly not very mature.  Also he was either genuinely fearful of being kicked from the server for violating its rules, or he was trolling me, I couldn't tell.  He used just about every argument possible to support his claim of not knowing he was violating server rules and thus did nothing wrong.  

Alexander_8373 and Itswallis were able to get into our base while we were offline and they took everything, wrecked everything else.  Alexander put up a scathing defense of his actions, wallis logged off as soon as we logged in.  Dralzen and I tried to contact the server admin but they don't seem to have put that sort of capability into their website.  They found the core, (dunno how), replaced it with their own and kept it public, then destroyed most of the vehicles and looted everything from below.  

Edit: They dug a straight line to the core.  Like they knew exactly where it was somehow.  They didn't have to damage extra blocks to get to it even, they dug through the ground.  

Our server still hasn't updated.  I tried out the server that AV's faction is playing on in the mean time, and it is like ours but with most of the 50+ player base farming new players for resources.  Didn't seem to appealing, few people make bases on planets apparently because they just get destroyed within a day or so.  

We took out a couple of drone bases on the Omicronian moon last night.  We also learned why you don't shoot power generators.  

Someone set up a small base in the mouth of the hangar, I started digging down, and down, and down, to hit the lava, got probably 35 blocks down before I had to take off, the plan being that I would put a core down there somewhere.  So whoever takes up again today, find my hole, keep digging, put a core down there somewhere deep and block it back up and stuff.  There is an elevator system with switchbacks and such to aid the digging.  

We cleared the base out, our friends returned and made it into a lava crater for us.  The vast majority of our stuff is aboard the Normandy, which has some fuel issues.  We need everyone aboard before we warp to the new planet.  

They kept attacking throughout the evening, destroying whatever we built up.  

Then conversation started happening in general chat about planned planet wipes to free up resources and whatnot, the idea being players make a CV and leave for somewhere else that isn't a starter planet.  Dunno if or when this will happen.  

They came back after you logged off, I logged myself so the offline defense would work.  

I tried to upgrade to discord, but need to be reinstated to get the server info.

Captain America: Civil War - Is by far the best Avengers movie to date.  The knock down drag out fight between Cap and Iron Man's two factions is epic, with a few surprise guest fighters that put the movie almost on a Deadpool level of dialog during the fight.  

I pledged at the Elyrian level.  

So far I am focusing on Melee and Survival, and I think I have everything else up to lvl 3 for basic items. Perhaps I should pick a 3rd thing to focus if we're able to max out 3 skills anyway.

 

Are we able to craft larger backpacks?

Yes, in textiles, it's very high up though.  It won't be a problem as soon as they make backpacks tradeable, or at least declare they aren't meant to be traded.
