Do they have an "official" release date yet? Or is it still in development limbo?

LOL, they're still claiming Q4 2010 AFAIK though they might have mentioned something later relatively recently.

I usually just gloss over interviews these days because they haven't talked about anything new for over a year.

It's all new to me, I don't read about games specifically because of that reason.

The latest, from months ago, is that they have a new schedule, which will be shared with the rest of the world, "soon."

Last time I waited for a game with the release date of "Soon™" I started and finished high school before it was released.

Last time I waited for a game with the release date of "Soon™" I started and finished high school before it was released.

That made me laugh, yet at the same time a little sad inside. I've always been optimistic when it comes to ER and MHS's work on the game but I honestly don't see this game being released in Q4 anymore.

The departure of Moll, the lack of game play footage and lack of action in these Beta SS amongst other factors just doesn't make me very optimistic.

Actually, the "soon" part refers not to the supposed release date but to when they will tell the "press" what their current schedule looks like. Don't know if that's better or worse, it at least sounds like they want to avoid giving out another completely bogus time frame for release of ER.
