Terminator SCC: Season 2 Discussion

So at first I thought season 2 was a little silly with the chick from Garbage showing up but as it's gone on I'm starting to like it more. Last night's episode (S2E8) was pretty good and I liked the Tarantino-esque directing style.

I did have a few bones to nitpick though.

How did they destroy Cromartie's head with a shotgun? Some 12 guage round we aren't told about?
Ummm, why couldn't Cromartie like... aim for a window that was twenty feet away?
And is Cameron getting John-fever? I kind of wondered why John wouldn't be getting metal fever by now as it was kind of hinted at in that episode where they took out Cameron's chip to plug into that network back in season 1 but in this episode she just strolls into John's room all hot like, takes off her jacket, and lays down next to him? I thought for sure that I was going to see John's hand come up and like nuzzle her neck or face or something.
Bad acting or intended? I'm talking about when Cameron is in the Mexican jail and exclaims, "I can't let anything happen to him [John]!"
And now we have Ellis. It seems like this is his opportunity to come from the fringe to the fore in terms of the show's focus.

I liked the most recent episode the most. Nothing better than a 20's gangster terminator wielding a thompson submachine gun, hiding in the wall of a building waiting to assassinate someone. Oh and he built the building himself on account of having accidentally killed the human who was supposed to have built it in the first place. That was just another well done episode.

O agree, it was one of the better episodes of the seasons. I really wish they would get off the three dot bullshit and I was hoping Derrick's little, "Are you retarded? You saw them in a dream. Drop it," speech with Sarah would end it (as it should) but I'm not sure.

I also liked getting away from the chick with The Garbage for an episode. I'm not really a fan of that storyline so far. I liked the doc that they killed (the black psychologist).

K, that episode was weak as hell and pretty much the worst of the series.

Nah, wasn't worst. It was cool that the future older sister gets to remember Derrick for saving her younger sister, twice as she will have remembered it.

What another lame ass episode. Seriously, this whole three dot thing with Sarah is flat out retarded. If the next episode doesn't deliver something, anything, I'm done with the series.

Pretending to kill main characters to create drama is stupid. How often does the title character die in TV series?
