For anyone who likes the SG1 universe, this is the most awesome movie ever. It is a 99% satisfying addition to the stargate universe. That 1% is because of the um plot twist I wont mention.

I was a little disappointed that they ended the series with a few loose ends, but all in all, it was a good straight to dvd movie.
Fuck Sci-Fi for cancelling the show.
Final BSG season in two weeks though!

There is at least one more SG1 movie in the works as well. BSG might be ending but Eick is been given the green light for his new series called Caprica, taking place 50 years before the current BSG series.
Eick is also working on a Children of Men tv move/pilot, based off the book rather than the movie.
Oh and his other series, Bionic Woman got canceled.

That's fine, it seems that most Sci-Fi shows with a woman main character don't do too well. By the way, what was the plot twist in the movie? I only watched it once, and I wasn't completely paying attention to it.
And I'd really like to see a BSG about the original Cylon War. I hope that's what Caprica is about.

That replicator thing. I suppose I cant complain, introducing the replicators is classic sg1 writing. The Terminator replicator skeleton was awesome though. After the dudes flesh was burnt off.

The first Cylon war was 40 years before the current BSG so if Caprica is based 50 years before the current show then I would assume that its based in the time when Cylons and humans were still living together. That could make a good plot.

I bought season 3 of BSG the other day, but I haven't watched it yet. I absolutely love the show, but I do remember it getting a little boring every once and a while. I suppose I could just do what I did with LOST and watch it at 2x speed with subtitles.
Wow, I'm lazy.

Isn't that well before the Cylons were able to have human-like replicants though? I guess what I'm really trying to say is that I want to see Lucy Lawless and that hot blonde that's all lovely dovey for Baltar make out a bunch and stuff.

Whats wrong with robo bewbs?
I mean look at T3 rise of the machines -- that chick was hot and had robo bewbs she could adjust to diferent sizes.
Just too bad she was a raving sicho-path killing machine hehe.
Speaking of the chick from T3 -- check out BloodRayne if you want to see her get a little more nude and a whole lot kinkier!
