Where Did You Hear About the 47th?
I found an event post on the PlanetTR forums hosted by you guys. The name was something different from "OMG DETH SQUADE" or such others, and checking out your website, I became interested ^_^
Briefly Describe Both Yourself and Your Character:
In real life, I am a long-time multi-musician (not the orchestra, mind the common mix-up), love to let music come to me, and read and watch lots of fiction/sci-fi. I am a high-school student.
I have been playing MMOs for about 5-6 years now, and always involved to perhaps an obsessive degree. I played in the early ages of Runescape until discovering Anarchy Online (before I knew about other MMOs), where I moved onto Star Wars Galaxies immediately after hearing about it (being a complete Star Wars fan). Within Star Wars Galaxies, I truly became a hardcore MMOer, and developed a sense of knowledge through other games and an active community stance. For "side" entertainment, I have played numerous other MMO titles such as City of Heroes, Vanguard, Lord of the Rings Online, Pirates of the Burning Sea (beta). As well as online simulations like Counterstrike and Garry's Mod.
In Star Wars Galaxies, I considered no winning or losing to RPing as some people (i found) mostly do. I see it as simply a creative force of imagination for your own unique way of entertainment...which is why I enjoyed solo-RPing so much.
Now, after Star Wars Galaxies, I play here on Tabula Rasa; awed by all of its content. My main character, a level 50 Engineer, is compacted with a full storyline (as all my characters and alts usually are in all other games).
I play on a very high-end basis and involve myself with as much Tabula Rasa info as I can consume. ^_^
What makes you think you'd be an asset to this organization?
My primary enjoyment is helping people. Other than that, I certaintly entitle myself to be dedicated with a sense of communication with that on Ventrilo and ingame.
I am usually ingame a TON, especially on weekends, and like to participate in an active (and nice!) communitiy.
Plus, I enjoy the internet!
