Wow, this movie is insanely good. Yes, you can download via torrents right now (DVD screening quality, but stay away from telesync).
I can definitely udnerstand why people are heralding this movie as the greatest since Citizen Kane and want to anoint Daniel Day-Lewis as the greatest actor ever.
The movie begins in 1898 and quickly moves to 1911 where it begins to follow the demise of a Texas Oil Speculator. In the beginning of the film they setup so that the audience is clearly on the main character's side but by the end of the film... saying that they made him hard to relate to is an understatement.
Absolutely fantastic though and if you have any indie cinemas near your house I'd recommend seeing it. It's worth eight bucks easy and I plan on catching it with some friends one night this week.
Oh, and also download "No Country for Old Men" while you're at it. Another fantastic film. You can get the DVD rip on torrents as well. Neither of them will let you down.
