The Hello Kitty online game is currently in the final stage of development. This highly-anticipated MMORPG will provide a brand new experience for even veteran gamers, with an engaging social aspect centered on the magical and cute online world of Hello Kitty.

Note: it says even veteran gamers!

Did you know Hello Kitty is very popular in Asia and Japan? The brand even sports mens garments and electronics, like watches. They aren't pink, but they do have that logo, but its been made a bit more manly. I bet the game has more than just 7 year old girls in it, and Butters.

I'll wait to hear from you all on this one, lol. I'm sure if I told my sister about it she'd hop right on, but I doubt i'll give it more than a look at unless it has some crazy stuff like furries or... well I dunno.

Quoted from sitepage -- "the Hello Kitty online game is more then a MMORPG; because it is integrated with the Sanriotown.com community, it is also a great way for players to meet and socialize in a warm and freindly environment." --

Ok keeping in mind that in america most of the Hello Kitty crowd is under 18 - how long do you think it will take the pervs of the world to read this and figure out its a great place to meet young girls or maybe even boys? No way I'm letting my kids near this site.

I'm not worried about the Asian population -- its the American Freakazoid Pervomatics I'd be more worried about.

Macgreggor
Wed, 20 Feb 2008, 18:11
I don't know about that for sure, but have you ever seen a picture of a girl viking?

6' tall blonde women with long ponytails, blue eyes, buttermilk skin, and skimpy fur outfits that barely cover anything -- YUM!

Makenzie
Wed, 20 Feb 2008, 18:19
Well your welcome to your 6 foot blondes but i never had any complaints about 5 foot redheads :p

Macgreggor
Wed, 20 Feb 2008, 18:20
Of course not cause I prefer Redheads over blondes but I've never seen you dress up in a fur loin cloth and paraid around in ponytails either :P

Makenzie
Wed, 20 Feb 2008, 18:22

These kiddie online games are extremely limited in the chat aspect. Kids need their parents to approve who they can even talk to before the game lets em chat. A random stranger cant just start talking to anyone. Its a friends list sort of deal. I'm not sure what this game has in place but I bet its similar. This one even has killing stuff for loot, or you could y'know work on your online garden, or make an online cake...

The online predator abusing children stereotype has been proved wrong, only about 5% of the cases were of that sort. The rest amounted to statutory offenses.

If I had kids I wouldn't em play either, or watch tv for that matter.
