Having Trouble Patching?

Dear Players,

If you are unable to patch your Earthrise client the most likely reason is that one or more of the original game files have been modified. To resolve this issue we recommend you to download the latest client from the torrent or http, uninstall the previous build version and install the new one afterwards. An alternative option is to perform a clean install of the old Earthrise client and patch after that.

Also, it appears that a lot of people need to wait a long time during the update for it to actually do anything. IT doesn't like to give status updates so as long as the thing downloaded correctly, just let it run on your computer for 10-15 minutes. Hopefully it'll take less time than that, but canceling in in-progress update will mess up any future attempts to update, causing you to download the new client directly.

Yeah, when I got to the installing part it went from 0% straight to 100% with about three minutes of a lot of nothing inbetween.
